Beginner - Appropriate for anyone who is new to yoga and looking to get a better understanding of the basic poses and breathing techniques. Also appropriate for those who have taken yoga before and are looking to refocus on the basics. Regular - Ideal for those who have taken yoga before and are looking for more detail on basic poses or looking to try something more challenging. Beginner/Regular - This class works for those who have taken yoga before or those who are looking for something more. In this combined class, the teacher will provide basic and optional instruction. Vinyasa Flow - Students are invited into a series of postures connecting breath grounding and movement. In additional to exploring variations of Sun and Moon Salutations, we will create our own vinyasas. Gentle Movements - An attentive approach to yoga that enhances joint flexibility and ease of movement. Ideal for seniors, beginners or anyone with restricted range of motion.
Cardio Yoga Fusion - A full body cardio class with a yoga stretch. This class will inlcude abdominal exercised as well. |
